Dinner in Nafplio -
was a grip into the brown!
The travelguide of MÜLLER and others write since many years, that the taverna Vasilis (also Vassilis) is a good one.
So it was through many years, till old father Vassilis disappears!
Now its terrible!
No Pastitsio, Baklava is unknown, Retsina could be colder, Ouzo in warm glasses, beer frozen, and so on.
Dont visit this taverna, there are many others and much more better.
Back in the hotel Anthi and CEO Konstandinos helped us with a Ouzo of best quality, otherwise this terrible meal would have lost us during the evening.
Collect memories - not things!

Visiting Hydra
Departure time 0845
Calm sea, a very nice boat trip to Hydra.
Such a nice port, great scenery, but a lot of donkeys (how everywhere ) in the center and there also very hot. Wet till to the undertrousers!
We let us run on in a nice tavern, then we left the
picturesque island, visited Spetses, too and came back to Tolo at 7pm.

Going to Monemvasia.
Breakfast to a helly time - 0700!
A 4 hours ride along the wonderful coast of the Argolic Gulf, beautiful beaches, bays mountains, bright sunshine, terrible street-surfaces! At 11 we reached Monemvasia. You must have sent that. No cars because of the very narrow lanes and a upper town, high above the red roofs of the lower town. But te come up is no bummerl, more climbing than walking and 37 degrees. But we had a great view and it was worth to loose 2 liters sweat.
Afterwards we had lunch in a Johnnygarden, then we rode home through Sparti and reached Tolo at 1800.
Piname, Dipsame - hungry and thirsty, had meal in our hotel and then slept the sleep of the equitables.
